Downtown Artists’ Co-op

The DAC is an association of talented local artists and interested patrons dedicated to promoting the visual arts in the Clarksville/Montgomery County area. Our objectives are to sponsor art exhibitions of work by Co-op members and regional artists, to provide continuing support for the Co-op and its membership through the sale of art work, to encourage arts education with outreach programs and scholarship fundraisers, and to develop membership services which directly support the arts community.

The Gallery is located at
96 Franklin St. in beautiful downtown Clarksville, TN

ARTZ is a community group of Clarksville artists. It´s members first got together in 2001, when there was discussion of the need for an outlet for the many artists living in the area. Members of the group are made up of professionals, trained artists and self-taught people. The group represents different mediums, incl. photography, watercolor, oil, acrylic, graphite, small 3-dimensional pieces, and fiber art.

ARTZ's main goal is to share our art with the public. Our biggest supporter is Cafe 541 (ARTZ at 541), at 541 Franklin St. Clarksville, where two dining rooms, the gold room and the red room, showcase our works. Shows are changed about every 2-3 months.
